White onions x 2
Lemon and herb spice x 1 small bottle
Butternut(cubed) x 1 packet
Small potatoes x 1 packet or 4 large potatoes
White bread x 1 loaf
Sweet potatoes (cubed) x 1 packet
Cauliflower x 1 head
Red onion x 2
Baby marrows x 1 small punnet
Eggs x 6
Chicken stock cubes x 4
Carrot x 3

1. Place rice in glass bowl with season water adding peas and thinly sliced onion(optional)
2. Add a knob of butter, cover with plastic wrap and cook for about 6-8 mins.
3. Once rice is cooked remove plastic wrap, Drizzle some olive oil and season if needed.
4. Place cubed potatoes in glass bowl with water filled halfway
5. Season, add knob of butter and Drizzle olive oil
6. Cover with plastic wrap and cook until potatoes are soft.
7. Remove plastic and strain access water.
8. Add mayo, salt and pepper until satisfied
9. Garnish with chopped chives and enjoy.
