8:01 Jason, your content is great and advice is the best I've come across. I've made good progress overall but part of my triceps are lacking. The long head feels soft for want of a better word whilst the lateral is coming along nicely. I've tried the usual 'prescribed' methods such as overhead work and French press/skulls etc but can't seem to keep them growing like the laterals. Any suggestions? Don't want to start the fluff/pump squeezing method as I'm aware you're not a fan of this, or so I'm led to believe. However, maybe some extra time under tension would help or do I just need to keep going heavy as possible in these movements and they'll eventually catch up? BTW I've been training with weights for approx 2 years now and was an amateur boxer before hand. Keep up the great content. A fan from Northern Ireland.
